Impression

Our vehicles stopped to rest after travelling hundreds of kilometres. On the road, we spotted several Tibetans, both adults and children. Among them, a mother and daughter caught my attention.

It was cold, and the little girl had a shawl on. Her eyes were looking at me. She was also aware that I was watching her.

I could not speak the language, so I asked for permission to photograph them through a local guide.

When I saw several Tibetans nodding, it seemed that the local guide had succeeded.

The little girl naturally leaned closer to her mother.

From the look in her eyes, I guessed that she was probably confused about why an uncle was pointing his camera at her.

At this time, a cold wind was blowing, lifting her hair. The surroundings became colder.

She leaned closer to her mother and grabbed her mother's shirt with her little hand.

“In a few years, will she remember what happened today? If so, what kind of impression would I leave on her?”

I hurriedly captured the scene.
